Buick… not often do people smile when they think of buick because the primary historical luxury of a buick was not found on the outside. Some would say GM means God Made, but it invariably more often means Get a Mechanic.
Buick has most often had big straight lines with no flair or panacea. Between the idea of a box or a teardrop the aerodynamics of Buick have historically been tending toward the image most similar to a Honda Element. Recently, they have been trying to remake the image of buick. From what used to look like an upside down bathtub with a hole in the top to something more stylish.

Nevertheless, the manufacturer that produces the luxury pontiac are they basically claiming that they can make the most plush lawn ornament? Pontiac’s are known for adding an element of rust orange to any lawn, and buicks are usually owned by people that can afford to reduce their off-color lawn ornaments. That being the case the fact that they rated at 55/100 in 2023 coming in at a whopping 12th of the 31 car makers does mean one thing…
Buick! At least they’re better than a Cadillac. Really, they rated higher than any other American car brand on the market. The three heater shield logo does stand for, “We symbolize a european made idea and we compete with the same kind of cars.” Sadly, they all rate lower than the majority of asian owned brands of cars, but GM is in partnership with Honda.

So, this import car killer is half import itself? It’s keeping up with being the best in the west, but the influences from the east certainly show. I haven’t seen too many Buick’s where people look in appreciation as if it’s a piece of art, which does reduce the overall sales; however, when it comes to imported utility Builck appears to have cornered the market.
Instead of Big Ugly Import car Killer as they have been known it’s more like Big Utilitarian Imported Car Kit.
